White Chocolate Brownies

White Chocolate Brownie? Why is it a brownie, shouldn't it be a blondie? I can hear you asking those questions! So here's my answer, and thinking as to why I've called it a white chocolate brownie...basically a majority of blondie recipes don't actually include any white chocolate in them, whereas my recipe is a brownie recipe with the dark chocolate swapped out for white chocolate, so there you go, that's my reasoning for calling it a white chocolate brownie (yes I know, you can sleep well tonight now you know the answer!)

This product is slightly more cakey than my normal brownies, but it's also still fudgy and just as yummy! They're a firm favourite with my family and friends and when I make them we're lucky if they last 2 days!

You get 6 brownies in a box so I'll leave it up to you whether you share them or not...

These White Chocolate Brownies are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature and will last for up to 5 days after arrival. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
