Jammie Biscuit Cake

It's like Tiffin or Rocky Road but without the raisins and marshmallows! This biscuit cake (or fridge cake as it's sometimes known) is jam packed (see what I did there...?!?!) with Jammie Dodgers and Jammie Wagon Wheels that have been covered in a silky chocolate mix. It's then topped with milk chocolate and decorated with some mini Jammie Dodgers.

As with the other biscuit cake, the pieces are BIG, so there's 4 in a box but still plenty to share.

This biscuit cake is best kept in the fridge in an airtight container and will last for up to 2 weeks after arrival. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
