Cornflake Tart

A school dinner pudding classic! When the "Old School" Mixed Box was on sale this was the item that was most requested to be sold on it's own, so here it is!

Available in a box of 4 or 8 slices there's going to be plenty to go around. And if you're too young to know what this is but you like sweet treats, it's definitely something you need to try!

This Cornflake Tart has a homemade shortcrust pastry base with a layer of homemade strawberry jam (seeded), topped with a delicious syrupy cornflake topping. It can be eaten cold or warm - just heat in the microwave for a few seconds until warm, and if you want to make it even tastier, have it with some custard...yummy!

This Cornflake Tart is best kept in an airtight container in the fridge, or at room temperature, and will last for 2-3 days after arrival. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
